Nice Scent Performance not as Mentioned

I bought 3 attars from Jamal al Muslim.
Tobacco Oud
Oud al Misali
And 1 more, the name of which I can't recall.

Real Oud means business, its scent is very strong and lasts long.
As soon as the attar is applied, its scent is not that strong, it seems as a mixture of synthetic products as I have to come close to smell it properly.
For the very reason to check its projection and longevity, I did wuzu of Maghrib and didn't wash my hands after that.I just prayed my taraweeh and the scent on my hand is minimal, almost gone.

So, the scent and perfume itself smells good, not very unique or amazing, Good, but projection and longevity is much below pr, not expected this.
