Exchange and Refund policy guidelines

Return & Exchange Policy


  1. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If unsatisfied, you may request a return or exchange.
  2. Returns for exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery and For a refund, returned parcels will only be accepted within 24 hours from the time of delivery. If the customer fails to share the courier booking slip within this 24-hour period, the return will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Products must be mostly unused (at least 90% content intact).
  4. Requests are processed within 3–5 working days.
  5. In case of a refund, a deduction of PKR 250 will be applied as delivery charges (regardless of whether the customer was charged at the time of delivery or not), along with a 4.5% sales and income tax paid by the company.
  6. Customer bear delivery costs for return and exchanges.
  7. Orders above Rs. 5,000 are eligible for exchange only, not refunds.

In case of damage or wrong product


  • In cases of damage, leakage, or receipt of the wrong product, we will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.
  • However, in the case of damage or leakage, customers are required to provide authentic proof, such as a video recorded while opening the parcel and/or clear product recording.
  • Without valid proof, claims for damage or leakage may not be accepted.
